Midsummer Night's Dream Munich

In summer 2024, there will also be a summer day to dream about - with festival-loving people, wonderful music and fireworks that only Munich's Sommernachtstraum offers in such a colorful and vibrant way.

On 20 July 2024, the Olympic Park will become a place where enjoyment, amazement and dreaming take centre stage. This day promises to be a colourful spectacle that will make hearts beat faster. This includes the two open-air stages, where first-class live acts and promising newcomers will delight the audience. Various food trucks will take you on a culinary journey, spoiling you with delicacies from all over the world.

On the main stage, German chart-topper Nico Santos guarantees the best festival atmosphere with his rousing hits. Pop and soul singer Stefanie Heinzmann will impress with a powerful performance, while up-and-coming artist MELE will provide the first musical summer breeze with her music as the opening act.

The Halbinsel stage is known for its unique open-air club atmosphere and this year offers a particularly diverse line-up: Florence Adooni, the impressive gospel singer from Ghana, and Carsten "Erobique" Meyer, the German keyboard virtuoso, will take to the stage together. Kid Simius will get your dancing feet tapping with his Mediterranean club sound, while the HyTop Soundsystem, popular in Munich, will perfectly complement the peninsula programme.

The crowning glory is undoubtedly the breathtaking pyro show, during which the Olympic lake and the Olympic mountain are immersed in a fascinating sea of lights.
